• Race sims run (≥ 50) using Race Simulator; JP variant if needed.
• Weak segments identified (mid-phase loss, final spurt) and addressed.
• Backup deck prepared in case of early bricking.
• Final validation: 10 sims on a similar course to confirm robustness.
